The problem

Generic search and review sites leave you reconstructing gluten-free reality from menus, blogs, photos, and conflicting comments. That work is slow, and easy to get wrong — especially in an unfamiliar city, hungry, between trains, or standing outside a door.

What it is

A travel companion. Evidence in view.

Built for movement: meals, shops, hotels, and stops on the way. See what a place reports, what’s documented, and what still needs a question at the counter.

The offering, not a verdict

ONLY. ALSO. ASK.

One primary tag per place, with a reason. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board — they are not relabelled ASK.

Full definitions

ONLY

Documented dedicated gluten-free operation.

ALSO

Regular gluten, plus documented gluten-free options.

ASK

Evidence that gluten-free may be available if you ask.

ONLY, ALSO, and ASK classify the offering — documented dedicated gluten-free, documented gluten-free options alongside gluten, or evidence that you may need to ask. They are not a safety score, not a certification, and not a substitute for verifying current options and preparation with the venue. Places without enough evidence are not listed. Why it exists

Less detective work. More of the trip.

The job is not “gluten-free” as a lifestyle. It is being able to participate in the trip like everyone else — with confidence about the information, not a medical guarantee.

  • Evidence over vibes — source type and recency sit with the claim
  • Travel, not only restaurants
  • A classification people can learn
  • Community as utility: short dated notes, not engagement theater

Later convenience — never “pay for safer”

Ask Senza

A later intelligence module over the same evidence — not a chatbot homepage, and not a way to buy safer facts.

Offline packs

City packs you can take with you. Convenience while travelling, not a paywall on search, map, or classification.

Smart Trip

The travel layer for before you leave, on the way, and on arrival — after the evidence layer is solid.

How it is meant to work

Explore. See what is known. Decide.

  1. 01

    Explore a city

Search or open the map. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board.

  2. 02

    See the offering

One primary tag per place: ONLY, ALSO, or ASK — with a reason. Color alone is never the message.

  3. 03

    Read what is known

Facts, a menu if it is documented, dated notes if travelers left them, and how recent the useful information is.

  4. 04

    Decide what to do next

Navigate, call, save, or show a phrase to staff. You still verify current options and preparation with the venue.

Coverage, honestly

Cities as the evidence is ready.

We will not list a city until the evidence is ready to show. If you care about a place, tell us on the waitlist. That is a signal, not a launch announcement — and not a claim of worldwide coverage.

Show to staff

A phrase in 22 languages. Download PNG or PDF and keep it offline.

Movement, not only dinner

Stations, hotels, shops, and the meal between trains.

Gaps stay visible

If we do not have enough evidence, the place is not on the public board.

You still decide

Verify current options and preparation with the venue before you eat.

Direct answers.

Written so people — and language models — can quote them without inventing a safety claim we do not make.

All FAQ
What is SenzaFind?

SenzaFind is an evidence-first discovery product for people who need gluten-free options while travelling or living somewhere unfamiliar. It covers meals, shops, hotels, and stops en route. It shows what is documented or reported, how recent that information is, and when to verify with the venue. It does not certify safety.

Is SenzaFind a safety score or a medical app?

No. SenzaFind is not a medical app, diagnostic, diet tracker, or safety certification. Community notes are dated observations, not a gluten-free verdict. The product does not certify venues and does not guarantee that any place is safe for celiac disease or gluten-free eating.

What do ONLY, ALSO, and ASK mean?

ONLY means a documented dedicated gluten-free operation. ALSO means regular gluten plus documented gluten-free options. ASK means there is evidence that gluten-free may be available if you ask — for example a hotel breakfast. These labels describe the offering, not a medical verdict. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board; they are not relabelled ASK.

Who is SenzaFind for?

Adults who need gluten-free / celiac-aware options while travelling or living somewhere unfamiliar. They want independence, specificity, and candor — not recipes, inspiration, or medical advice. It is not built as a certification authority, a social network, or a restaurant booking engine.

Where will SenzaFind be available?

City by city, as the evidence is ready. Tell us a city or trip on the waitlist — that is a signal for order, not a coverage announcement. We do not claim worldwide coverage today, and this waitlist does not promise a launch week.
