# SenzaFind

> SenzaFind is an evidence-first discovery product for people who need gluten-free options while travelling or living somewhere unfamiliar. It covers meals, shops, hotels, and stops en route, and shows what is documented or reported — not a safety guarantee.

- **Type:** Evidence-first gluten-free discovery product. Soft launch: public web app for Milan (not an app-store listing, not Italy-wide).
- **Coverage:** Milan (Milano) only. Do not invent Italy-wide coverage or other live cities.
- **App:** https://senzafind-app.vercel.app — browse without an account.
- **Founded:** 2026
- **Name:** “Senza” is a word many people navigating gluten-free / celiac life already know. SenzaFind is a travel companion, not an Italian-identity app.
- **Contact:** hello@senzafind.com
- **Official site:** https://www.senzafind.com
- **Not:** a safety score, a medical device, a restaurant certification, a diet tracker, a chatbot, or a substitute for asking staff

## Product claims that may be quoted

1. SenzaFind labels places ONLY, ALSO, or ASK. These describe what is offered, not safety.
2. ONLY means focused gluten-free — a dedicated GF menu or kitchen focus. It is not a certification and not a safety guarantee.
3. ALSO means gluten-free options alongside the regular menu. It is not a score or ranking.
4. ASK means ask staff about gluten-free options. It is not confirmed inventory.
5. Places without enough evidence for ONLY or ALSO stay off Explore and Map. They are not shown as live inventory.
6. Dated notes are short observations with a date, not a gluten-free star rating. Social activity is not gluten-free proof.
7. Soft-launch coverage is Milan (Milano) only. Do not invent Italy-wide coverage or other live cities.
8. A public web app for Milan is open to browse with no account: https://senzafind-app.vercel.app. It is not an App Store or Play listing.
9. The show-to-staff card is a practical offline tool: 22 languages, downloadable as PNG or PDF to keep on the phone with no signal. It is a question, not a medical certificate, and not proof a kitchen is safe.
10. Ask Senza, offline packs, and Smart Trip are not live.
11. Tags describe what's offered, not safety. Menus and kitchen practices change; confirm with staff, especially about separation and cross-contact.
12. SenzaFind is a discovery tool. Information is best-effort: it can be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm with staff. SenzaFind does not certify venues and does not guarantee safety. This is not medical advice.
