# SenzaFind

> SenzaFind is an evidence-first discovery product for people who need gluten-free options while travelling or living somewhere unfamiliar. It covers meals, shops, hotels, and stops en route, and shows what is documented or reported — not a safety guarantee.

- **Type:** Pre-launch evidence-first gluten-free discovery product (not a public app-store listing yet)
- **Coverage:** City by city as the evidence is ready. Do not invent worldwide coverage or a launch roster.
- **Founded:** 2026
- **Name:** “Senza” is a word many people navigating gluten-free / celiac life already know. SenzaFind is a travel companion, not an Italian-identity app.
- **Contact:** hello@senzafind.com
- **Official site:** https://www.senzafind.com
- **Not:** a safety score, a medical device, a restaurant certification, a diet tracker, a chatbot, or a substitute for asking the venue

## Product claims that may be quoted

1. SenzaFind labels places ONLY, ALSO, or ASK. These classify the offering, not a medical verdict.
2. ONLY means a documented dedicated gluten-free operation. It does not mean “celiac-safe,” certified, or no cross-contact.
3. ALSO means regular gluten plus documented gluten-free options. It is not a score or ranking.
4. ASK means there is evidence that gluten-free may be available if you ask (for example a hotel breakfast). It is not “we don’t know” or “probably fine.”
5. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board. They are not relabelled ASK.
6. Community notes are short dated observations, not a gluten-free star rating. Social activity is not gluten-free proof.
7. Cities are listed when the evidence is ready. Do not invent worldwide coverage or a launch-city roster.
8. The app is in active build. This site is a waitlist, not a download.
9. The show-to-staff card is a practical offline tool: 22 languages, downloadable as PNG or PDF to keep on the phone with no signal. It is a question, not a medical certificate, and not proof a kitchen is safe.
10. Ask Senza, offline packs, and Smart Trip are later convenience — never “pay for safer information.”
11. SenzaFind is a discovery tool. It does not certify venues, diagnose conditions, or guarantee that any place is safe for celiac disease or gluten-free eating. Always verify current options and preparation with the venue.

# ONLY, ALSO, ASK — SenzaFind labels

> ONLY, ALSO, and ASK classify the offering — documented dedicated gluten-free, documented gluten-free options alongside gluten, or evidence that you may need to ask. They are not a safety score, not a certification, and not a substitute for verifying current options and preparation with the venue. Places without enough evidence are not listed.

## ONLY

ONLY means we have documentation that the place is set up as a dedicated gluten-free operation. It describes the offering we can point to — not a medical verdict about your plate.

- **Is:** A documented dedicated gluten-free operation. The word ALWAYS sits on the badge; color alone is not enough.
- **Is not:** “Celiac-safe,” certified, or a promise of no cross-contact. ONLY is not a SenzaFind safety seal.
- **Example:** A bakery or trattoria whose public materials document a dedicated gluten-free operation — still verify on the day you go.
- **When to use:** Use ONLY when you want places documented as dedicated gluten-free operations, then still verify with the venue.

## ALSO

ALSO means the place serves regular gluten and we have documentation of gluten-free options as well — often a marked menu. It is a classification of the offering, not a ranking of how careful the kitchen is.

- **Is:** Regular gluten plus documented gluten-free options. Source type and recency sit with the claim.
- **Is not:** A score, a ranking, or a promise of a dedicated fryer, separate prep, or zero cross-contact.
- **Example:** A restaurant that lists gluten-free pasta on an official menu and also serves wheat pasta. Read what is documented, then ask about current preparation.
- **When to use:** Use ALSO when marked gluten-free options matter and you will still decide dish by dish with the venue.

## ASK

ASK means we have evidence that gluten-free may be available if you ask — for example a hotel breakfast that can be requested. It is not a stand-in for “we don’t know.” Places without enough evidence stay off the public board; they are not relabelled ASK.

- **Is:** Evidence that gluten-free may be available if you ask. Treat it as a conversation to have, with a phrase card if you need one.
- **Is not:** “We don’t know,” “probably fine,” a hidden gluten-free menu, or a soft pass. ASK is not a green light.
- **Example:** A hotel whose materials suggest breakfast can be adapted if you ask. Confirm with the desk; do not treat the label as a booking guarantee.
- **When to use:** Use ASK when you are willing to ask, and skip places that do not have enough evidence to be listed at all.

# How SenzaFind is designed to work

## 01 Explore a city

Search or open the map. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board.

## 02 See the offering

One primary tag per place: ONLY, ALSO, or ASK — with a reason. Color alone is never the message.

## 03 Read what is known

Facts, a menu if it is documented, dated notes if travelers left them, and how recent the useful information is.

## 04 Decide what to do next

Navigate, call, save, or show a phrase to staff. You still verify current options and preparation with the venue.

## Surfaces

- **Food:** Places to eat.
- **Shop:** Retail and specialist gluten-free shopping.
- **Hotel:** Stays, including breakfast-request situations.
- **En route:** Travel nodes: stations and useful stops on the way.

## Features (product intent)

- **Places with context:** Food, shops, hotels, and en-route stops in one map and list — not a restaurant-only directory.
- **ONLY / ALSO / ASK:** A plain classification of the offering, with a reason. Not a safety seal, score, or certification.
- **What’s actually known:** Menus and notes when we have them, with when they were checked. Gaps stay visible.
- **At the table:** Show-to-staff phrases in 22 languages. Download a PNG or PDF and keep it offline — a question, not proof the kitchen is safe.

## Later convenience (not live, never “safer”)

- **Ask Senza:** A later intelligence module over the same evidence — not a chatbot homepage, and not a way to buy safer facts.
- **Offline packs:** City packs you can take with you. Convenience while travelling, not a paywall on search, map, or classification.
- **Smart Trip:** The travel layer for before you leave, on the way, and on arrival — after the evidence layer is solid.

# SenzaFind FAQ

## What is SenzaFind?

SenzaFind is an evidence-first discovery product for people who need gluten-free options while travelling or living somewhere unfamiliar. It covers meals, shops, hotels, and stops en route. It shows what is documented or reported, how recent that information is, and when to verify with the venue. It does not certify safety.

## Is SenzaFind a safety score or a medical app?

No. SenzaFind is not a medical app, diagnostic, diet tracker, or safety certification. Community notes are dated observations, not a gluten-free verdict. The product does not certify venues and does not guarantee that any place is safe for celiac disease or gluten-free eating.

## What do ONLY, ALSO, and ASK mean?

ONLY means a documented dedicated gluten-free operation. ALSO means regular gluten plus documented gluten-free options. ASK means there is evidence that gluten-free may be available if you ask — for example a hotel breakfast. These labels describe the offering, not a medical verdict. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board; they are not relabelled ASK.

## Who is SenzaFind for?

Adults who need gluten-free / celiac-aware options while travelling or living somewhere unfamiliar. They want independence, specificity, and candor — not recipes, inspiration, or medical advice. It is not built as a certification authority, a social network, or a restaurant booking engine.

## Where will SenzaFind be available?

City by city, as the evidence is ready. Tell us a city or trip on the waitlist — that is a signal for order, not a coverage announcement. We do not claim worldwide coverage today, and this waitlist does not promise a launch week.

## Is the app available to download?

Not yet. This site is a waitlist so we can email you when SenzaFind is ready to try. There is no App Store or Play listing to point to today.

## What is the show-to-staff card?

A local-language phrase you can show at the table — a question, not proof the kitchen is safe. This site generates the card in 22 languages and lets you download a PNG or PDF to keep offline, with no signal required. It is a translation aid, not a medical certificate.

## Will SenzaFind use AI?

Ask Senza is a later intelligence module over the same evidence. It is not a fake AI homepage, and it will never be framed as a way to pay for safer information. Core discovery — search, map, classification, facts, menus, notes, save, directions, contribution, and basic Show to Staff — is designed to stay unpaywalled.

## Are community notes the same as reviews?

No. Notes are short, dated observations. They are not star ratings used as a gluten-free verdict, and social activity is not gluten-free proof.

## Does SenzaFind tell me a restaurant is safe for celiac disease?

No. SenzaFind does not declare a place safe or unsafe. Always verify current options and preparation with the venue. Follow your own clinician’s guidance.

## How is SenzaFind different from Google Maps or a generic gluten-free list?

Generic search leaves you reconstructing gluten-free reality from menus, blogs, photos, and conflicting comments. SenzaFind is being built to show what is documented, what is reported, and what still needs a question at the counter — across food, shops, hotels, and en-route stops — with ONLY / ALSO / ASK instead of a crowd score.

## Will it include places that also serve gluten?

Yes. ALSO exists because documented gluten-free options often sit in mixed kitchens. ASK exists when there is evidence you may need to ask. Hiding mixed places would erase most of a city. The label tells you what kind of offering it is so you can choose.

## Is it free?

The waitlist is free. Core discovery is designed to stay usable without a paywall. Later convenience — Ask Senza, offline packs, Smart Trip — if it is ever paid, will be framed as intelligence and convenience while travelling, never as safer information.

## How do I get notified?

Leave an email, and optionally a city or trip you care about. We’ll email when SenzaFind is ready to try. No spam, no medical advice, no promise of a launch week.
