# How SenzaFind is designed to work

## 01 Explore a city

Search or open the map. Places without enough evidence stay off the public board.

## 02 See the offering

One primary tag per place: ONLY, ALSO, or ASK — with a reason. Color alone is never the message.

## 03 Read what is known

Facts, a menu if it is documented, dated notes if travelers left them, and how recent the useful information is.

## 04 Decide what to do next

Navigate, call, save, or show a phrase to staff. You still verify current options and preparation with the venue.

## Surfaces

- **Food:** Places to eat.
- **Shop:** Retail and specialist gluten-free shopping.
- **Hotel:** Stays, including breakfast-request situations.
- **En route:** Travel nodes: stations and useful stops on the way.

## Features (product intent)

- **Places with context:** Food, shops, hotels, and en-route stops in one map and list — not a restaurant-only directory.
- **ONLY / ALSO / ASK:** A plain classification of the offering, with a reason. Not a safety seal, score, or certification.
- **What’s actually known:** Menus and notes when we have them, with when they were checked. Gaps stay visible.
- **At the table:** Show-to-staff phrases in 22 languages. Download a PNG or PDF and keep it offline — a question, not proof the kitchen is safe.

## Later convenience (not live, never “safer”)

- **Ask Senza:** A later intelligence module over the same evidence — not a chatbot homepage, and not a way to buy safer facts.
- **Offline packs:** City packs you can take with you. Convenience while travelling, not a paywall on search, map, or classification.
- **Smart Trip:** The travel layer for before you leave, on the way, and on arrival — after the evidence layer is solid.
