# Gluten-free travel notes — SenzaFind

## Direct answer

In a new city, the useful question is not “is this pin safe?” It is: what is documented about the offering, what is only reported, and what still needs a question at the counter.

## A working way to look

1. **Name what you need**, in the language of the counter. A show-to-staff phrase is a question, not a certificate.
2. **Separate the offering from the vibe.** ONLY, ALSO, ASK.
3. **Ask, then watch.** ASK is not “probably fine.”
4. **Plan movement, not only dinner.** Shops, hotels, stations.
5. **Ignore the number.** Other diners’ stars are not a gluten-free verdict.

SenzaFind is being built around this. This is not medical advice.

ONLY, ALSO, and ASK classify the offering — documented dedicated gluten-free, documented gluten-free options alongside gluten, or evidence that you may need to ask. They are not a safety score, not a certification, and not a substitute for verifying current options and preparation with the venue. Places without enough evidence are not listed.

SenzaFind is a discovery tool. It does not certify venues, diagnose conditions, or guarantee that any place is safe for celiac disease or gluten-free eating. Always verify current options and preparation with the venue.
