It covers meals, shops, hotels, and stops en route, and shows what is documented or reported — not a safety guarantee. “Senza” is a word many people navigating gluten-free / celiac life already know. SenzaFind is a travel companion, not an Italian-identity app. Generic search and review sites leave people reconstructing gluten-free reality from menus, blogs, photos, and conflicting comments. SenzaFind is being built to show what is documented, what is reported, and what still needs a question at the counter — across meals, shops, hotels, and stops en route.
